Rigged: The Zuckerberg Funded Plot to Defeat Donald Trump investigates Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s role in the election. Rigged looks at the nearly $400 million Zuckerberg spent nationally in voter operation efforts, particularly in the battleground states of Wisconsin, Arizona, and Georgia.
What’s the movie about?
42,000 votes in those three states are the reason Joe Biden is president. Rigged follows the money and uncovers the startling facts behind the election and aims at laying to rest the “what exactly happened” question once and for all. Zuckerberg’s funding of thousands of grants to government election offices across the country was unprecedented and massive. These grants- using the COVID-19 emergency as cover- were used to promote mail-in voting, ballot curing, and drop-boxes, the controversial practices that experts say make the sacred elections process far less secure and raise serious questions.
Rigged will be featuring exclusive interviews with President Donald J. Trump, Speaker Newt Gingrich, Senator Ted Cruz, Attorney General Jeff Landry, Congresswoman Claudia Tenney, Congressman Jody Hice, Kellyanne Conway, Ken Blackwell, Ken Cuccinelli, Cleta Mitchell, Michael Gableman, Janel Brandtjen and Scott Walter. Rigged is a documentary by Citizens United Productions, exposing Mark Zuckerberg for his role in funding drop-box ballot operations across the country during the 2020 Election. This documentary has been directed by Jason Killian Meath and written by David Bossie and Jason Killiam Meath.
The film’s synopsis does not overtly accuse Zuckerberg of being involved in election fraud but makes the claim that the Meta CEO funded “nearly $400 million” in grants that he “spent nationally in voter operation efforts, particularly in the battleground states of Wisconsin, Arizona, and Georgia.” This is likely a reference to how donations from the Meta CEO and his wife, Priscilla Chan helped fund grants that enabled local election offices to scale up their budgets to better handle mail-in ballots. Zuckerberg previously responded to queries on his private donations through a spokesperson who said the couple “did not participate in the process to determine which jurisdictions received funds.”
About Mark Zuckerberg
Mark Elliot Zuckerberg born on 14th May 1984, is an American media magnate, internet entrepreneur, and philanthropist. Zuckerberg is known for co-founding the social media website Facebook and its parent company Meta Platforms, of which he is the chairman, chief executive officer, and controlling shareholder. In 2004, Zuckerberg launched Facebook when he was still studying at Harvard University along with his classmates Eduardo Saverin, Andrew McCollum, Dustin Moskovitz and Chris Huges. Facebook which was originally launched for college campuses spread far and wide and eventually had over one billion users by 2021. Zuckerberg took the company public in May 2012 with majority shares. At age 23, Zuckerberg became the world’s youngest Billionaire.
Zuckerberg began his career in 2004 when he started writing codes for a new website. When Facebook was first launched Zuckerberg was accused of intentionally misleading them into believing he would help them build a social network called HarvardConnection.com while he was instead using the Harvard senior’s ideas to build a competing product. Following the official launch of the Facebook social media platform, the three filed a lawsuit against Zuckerberg that resulted in a settlement. The agreed settlement was for 1.2 million Facebook shares and $20 million in cash. Zuckerberg dropped out of Harvard in his sophomore year in order to complete the project.
Former President Donald Trump and the film Rigged: The Zuckerberg funded plot to defeat Donald Trump
Former President Donald Trump held a movie night at Mar-a-Lago and screened for his guests an election conspiracy-theory film alleging that Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg was part of a plot to help Democratic lawmakers get elected in 2020. The film screening on April 5 was attended by the former president, controversial Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake, and Peter Navarro.
Trump appeared to be in good spirits before the screening, saying he was anticipating watching the film more than “Citizen Kane,” “Titanic,” and “Gone With the Wind.” A poster of the flick featuring what appeared to be a sinister image of Zuckerberg putting money into a ballot box was also displayed near a pool on the Trump property. “It was a rigged election. These are guilty people. And they have to be held accountable. Mark Zuckerberg is one of them,” says Trump about the 2020 presidential elections.
