In 2012, Charlie Kirk and Bill Montgomery formed the duo that would become the band. Students for Trump and Students for Trump are two more affiliated groups of the Turning Point Endowment and Turning Point Action. PragerU is yet another vital member of the group. 
The intended audience
Currently, TPU is one of the most influential conservative groups on college campuses. Students in high school and college are the primary target audience for TPUSA, which aims to promote Republican and conservative ideas. Although the summit is geared towards young people, anybody of any age may attend. Even though the SAS is mostly for students, anyone, including adults, can join. 
The TPUSA has a professor’s watchlist. The “Professors Watchlist” is a list of academic members of TPUSA who, according to the group, are biased against conservatives and spread leftist propaganda. A source says that TPUSA tried to influence student council votes to stop liberal ideas from spreading on college and high school campuses.
TPUSA’s other business endeavors
TPUSA created the School Board Watchlist website in 2021. This website is the main source for their summits, programs, and even homes for their merchandise. The website serves as a single gateway to all their other organizations. 
Some of the annual conferences organized by TPUSA include the America fest, the Young Black Leadership Summit, the Teen Student Action Summit, and the Young Latino Leadership Summit. Donations to the organization have come chiefly from conservative foundations and charities, particularly those linked to the Republican Party.

Students throughout the country are gearing up for this year’s Student Action Summit. The SAS will be held in Tampa, Florida, from July 22–24, 2019.

On that particular page, there are several options regarding registration there. Once you enter the registration link, there is an option to register.
There are options to modify your registration if you have entered any details wrongly.
During the registration, you are asked to choose which category of audience you belong to. There are several categories of tickets for you to choose from. 
The categories are as follows:
• The Minor pass, which is for students or teens till the age of 17 or even below, allows access to the general session, TPUSA hotel option (only for teens above the age of 16), discount code, and is priced at $50.
• The minors are allowed to bring their parents to the summit. Parents are allowed to escort one or more of their children. The Minor Parent pass sells for $200. They are allowed access to the general session and receive limited discounts.
• The student pass, which is for students until 26 and under, allows access to the general session, the TPUSA hotel option, and a discount code. This pass is priced at $50. 
• Next comes to The Young Adult pass, which includes adults aged 27-35. This pass provides access to the general session and a discount code and is sold at $125.
• The adult pass sells for $350. This pass includes access to the general session, the TPUSA hotel option, and a discount code (limited).
• The next comes the adult senior or veteran/first responder pass. This pass sells for $225. This pass has the same benefits as the adult pass. 
The VIP pass is available for all categories (minors, students, young adults, adults, and seniors). These VIP passes allow attendees to access the benefits, including a VIP lounge and a reserved seating area. However, these VIP passes are not eligible for discount codes. Apart from these, the committee selects registered candidates for the student pass and minor pass.
