Mark Lamb is a sheriff in the United States. In 2017, he was elected as the 24th Sheriff of Pinal County, Arizona. He is affiliated with the right-wing.

Mark Lamb is an anti-vax and supports the end of all covid 19 health mandates. In August 2021, he announced via the sheriff’s department’s Facebook page:
“With the increase in private business and even government organizations talking about mandating the vaccine, I wanted to let you know that here at the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, we do not mandate the vaccine, and as long as I’m your sheriff, we will never mandate the vaccine.
We believe that your health choices are yours and yours alone, so whether you get the vaccine or don’t get the vaccine, that’s your private information. Here we believe in America and Freedom and we’re going to continue on with that.”

Mark Lamb’s career
Lamb spent six years working for the Salt River Pima–Maricopa Indian Community’s police department. He joined the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office in 2012. Lamb was elected to succeed Paul Babeu as Pinal County Sheriff in 2017. Lamb is a Republican.
In a 2021 interview, Lamb described his role as sheriff as one of protecting citizens from “bad guys” and “government overreach,” as well as upholding the rule of law.
Lamb selectively enforces the law, taking an uncompromising approach to immigration while using anti-government rhetoric in relation to COVID-19 vaccination mandates and the legitimacy of the 2020 US presidential election. He is opposed to any restriction on the right to keep and bear arms. Lamb was a regular on the TV show Live before it was canceled in 2020.
Lamb stated in May 2020 that he would not enforce a stay-at-home order during the COVID-19 pandemic because he believed it was unconstitutional. He tested positive for COVID-19 a week before his scheduled appearance at the White House for the signing of Executive Order 13925 by Donald Trump in June 2020.
Lamb established the American Sheriff Foundation, a charitable organization, in 2018. The Arizona Republic reported in August 2020 that the charity had raised more than $50,000 but had left at least $18,000 unaccounted for and had filed mostly blank tax returns.
Lamb ran unopposed for re-election in November 2020, having successfully sued to have his opponent removed from the ballot. He is the self-published author of the book American Sheriff: Traditional Values in a Modern World.
