Dixon was born on May 5, 1977. Her mother’s name is Catherine Makary, and her father is Vaughn Makary, who passed away earlier this year. Dixon spent most of her early childhood days in Naperville, Illinois. She is an alumnus of the University of Kentucky. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 1998.
