Asa Hutchinson the current Governor of Arkansas is of the opinion that even though Former President Donald Trump has done a lot of good for the country but it’s time for the Republican Party to move on from him.

“I’ve made it clear: I think we ought to have a different direction in the future. I think Trump did a lot of good things for our country, but we need to go a different direction,” said Hutchinson.

Hutchinson hints that he will be running for the next 2024 presidential elections. He further went on to say that the elections are going to be conducted in just two years and Trump’s plans will not affect the decisions he takes regarding the elections. Currently, it seems that any Republican running against Trump will merely be wasting their time in hopes of winning.

Hutchinson further added that there is a difference between running for the presidency and actually winning the presidential elections. He also said that Former President Donald Trump is not the future of the Republican party.
