DHL joins forces with the French start-up Pickme and its network of relay neighbors

The distribution company indicates that “ are to date already more than 55 000 in France, trained, equipped and ready to receive parcels in place of unavailable recipients in a 100% secure and professional ”way.

This solution is currently being tested by DHL Express in Île-de-France. It “ should also be deployed by the beginning of next year for its customers in Lyon, Bordeaux and Toulouse ”.

“ Like all its other reception solutions, the Pickme device is integrated into DHL tracking tools, offering precise tracking of packages until their arrival at the relay neighbor designated by the consumer is confirmed. ”.

These relay neighbors are available in addition to the reception points already offered by DHL Express in France, in particular the 5 200 Relais Colis and approximately 70 store instructions.
